Please read the following before you submit!

1. No request will be accepted during weekends and public holidays

2. All requests shall be submitted at least 3 working days ahead.

3. Not more than 2 mutual changes are allowed for each crew in a calendar month.

4. No mutual change is allowed with OFF, TRAINING etc.

5. DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN 1 REQUEST FOR SAME DATE.

6. All e-mail addresses shall be @jazeeraairways.com. No private email addresses will be accepted.
