Head of Maintenance to inform Line Maintenance Manager that there is a
potential problem and possibility of activating the BCP – Loss of Building.
Inform Line Maintenance Manager that there is a potential problem and BCP is
activated.
Once the plan is activated, communicate this to Line Maintenance Manager and advise them to
report to alternate location or wait at home until further notice.
Line Maintenance Manager to communicate to service providers of the
alternate site and contact numbers of how to be reached.
If BCP is activated while in the office, secure
documents and bring along laptop and mobile phone.
Head of Maintenance to inform DGCA that all airline
Maintenance personnel are contactable via mobile phone or give alternate fixed
line number.
Line Maintenance Manager to inform their respective staff of the alternate
location and contact numbers of how to be reached.
Line Maintenance Manager to ensure all technical records (hardcopies
and/or CDs) and contact list of Engineering Staff are available and kept for
safe keeping.

problem and get an estimate time frame for system outage.
Head of Maintenance to inform DGCA of conditions
affecting Jazeera Airways and to provide DGCA with regular updates on system
recovery.
Line Maintenance Manager to perform duties using all maintenance back-up
devices and store any current data in a secure location so the data can be
re-entered once the system recovers.
