Inform SCM Manager, CM
Manager &Security& AM that there is a potential damage to the integrity
structural of the building and that BCP – Loss of Building has been activated.
When the plan has been
activated, inform the SCM Manger that the contingency plan has been activated and to report to the alternative locations or wait at home until further notice.
If BCP is activated while
in the office, secure documents and bring along laptop and mobile phones.
Use the Mega phone from the
Go-Kit to announce evacuation/ other details.
Inform Jazeera Airways Security
Office (24hr) Tel: 965 97226833 that there is potential problem and that BCP is activated and request for Security Manager to report to alternate location to maintain law and order.
