Responsibilities:

1) SCCM shall be responsible to ensure that cleaning is performed by Crew to company standards to ensure Customer satisfaction.

2) SCCM shall use this form and submit to Cabin Services upon arrival from flight.

2 vacuum cleaners are available and effective
Seat Pockets- clear of trash, ensure standard contents. Timeframe 3 mins.
Seat Surfaces- clean seat with crumbs/stains Timeframe 2 mins.
Cross seat belts, lower armrest, place seats upright Timeframe 2 mins.
Vacuum floor areas with crumbs or debris Timeframe 2 mins.
Vacuum between seat areas with crumbs or debris Timeframe 2 mins.
Overhead bins- clear litter, wipe dirty latches Timeframe 1 min.
Tray tables check-wipe clean any spills Timeframe 3 mins.
Tidy-up Lavatory Timeframe 1 min
Re-stock toiletries Timeframe 1 min.
Clean galley surfaces and re-organize Timeframe 2mins.
Open vents as required Timeframe 2 mins.
Clean partition screens when required Timeframe 1 min.
Organize magazine rack Timeframe 1 min.
Cockpit cleaning, stock tissue, add gash bag Timeframe 1 min.

Remarks Note: For any non-standard turnaround cleaning scope conducted with less than 12-15 minutes, a remark shall be placed by the SCCM to explain why this cleaning was restricted and not conducted as per time allocated.*
